The Castle & Cooke office portfolio encompasses properties located throughout the country. The properties are Class "A" suburban office buildings which offer a variety of floor plans and contain many Fortune 500 tenants. In Bakersfield, California, they own One Riverwalk and 10000 Ming, both Class A suburban properties with 10000 Ming serving as the headquarters for AERA Energy. In Phoenix, Arizona, the Company has acquired or developed over 125,000 square feet of space located in three separate buildings. The tenant in two of the Phoenix properties is IKON Office Solutions, the NYSE traded business solutions supplier.
The company also develops office buildings in Hawai'i at the Mililani Technology Park, which is home to several major corporations. Castle & Cooke also owns two office buildings, the Leleihua building and the Castle & Cooke building, which total over 50,000 square feet.
Castle & Cooke continues to focus on expanding and growing its commercial portfolio with the acquisition of quality assets and business development opportunities.

10000 MING AVENUE is a Class A, suburban office building constructed in 1984 containing approximately 214,000 square feet. The total site consists of approximately 18.5 acres and is located in southwest Bakersfield.
Mililani Technology Park

Description:
Mililani Technology Park (MTP) was dedicated in 1987. It is a heavily landscaped, campus-like park for high-tech companies and other services. The Park has mixed-use (IMX-1) zoning, which allows a variety of office and light industrial uses. With this zoning, companies no longer need to be in "high-tech" industries to locate to the Park. However, the design and infrastructure of the Park are geared toward the demanding high-tech market. MTP is a development of Castle & Cooke Properties, Inc., and is part of Castle & Cooke Hawaii's master-planned residential development of Mililani, the only community in Hawaii to receive the "All-America City Award." The Town Center of Mililani, consisting of approximately 45 acres and 440,000 square feet, is the fifth largest community shopping center on O'ahu and is an integral part of the company's Mililani master planned community.
