Flexi-Van Leasing Acquires Marine Chassis from Transport International Pool

KENILWORTH, NEW JERSEY (September 23, 2002)

Flexi-Van Leasing, Inc. announced the acquisition today of approximately 35,000 marine chassis from Transport International Pool, Inc. (TIP), a GE Capital Company. The acquisition was effective close of business, Friday, September 20, 2002.

This fleet, when added to Flexi-Van's existing fleet of approximately 95,000 chassis, enhances Flexi-Van's position as the preeminent chassis lessor in North America. In addition to chassis, Flexi-Van is the largest lessor of generator sets in North America. With a combined fleet of over 130,000 chassis, Flexi-Van chassis are now available at over 50 depots located in principal commercial centers throughout North America.

Flexi-Van augments its chassis leasing business with various value-added services including fleet management, equipment tracking, maintenance and repair services, chassis pool administration, and license and insurance certificate administration. Flexi-Van employs cutting-edge technology and uses proprietary software systems to ensure maximum customer service.
